Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with more than 20 years of experience in construction industry and an assertive leadership style, Mr. Le Chi Trung was successful in many positions from Director of Construction Division, Director of Economic Division to General Director of leading private construction firms in Vietnam over the years.

Taking charge of General Director of SOL E&C, he determines to develop and promote the strength of a General contractor in designing,
constructing, finishing and MEP (Mechanical – Electrical – Plumping). Ceaseless creativity and high requirements for staffs and products’ safety & quality are what he consistently cares about to build a prestigious organization, a professional team, a strong culture that drive SOL E&C to develop sustainably.

Tran Minh Thang graduated from University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City and has been working in the construction industry for 25 years. He was not only in charge of design and technical execution but also construction management in many domestic and international projects that required a strict standard on quality and schedule.

As an Operation Director in charge of SOL E&C Technical Division with intense spirit, he has contributed many innovations which brought outstanding values for projects. At the same time, he is also the creator of training programs for SOL E&C experted engineer generations.

With his bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from University of Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC, he has been with our company for 15 years and was appointed to many important positions in the management board. 

With his calm working style, he was recognized by many Clients and Partners for his large-scale projects. He will be an important piece in promoting SOL E&C capacity and reputation in the construction industry.

During 15 years in our company after graduating from University of Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC, he was in charge of management in the office and projects. With his deep understanding of what we offer to our Clients and Partners as well as his expertise and experience, he quickly gained trust of many major Clients and built his reputation among project Investors.

With a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from University of Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC and nearly 15-year experience in our company, he has managed projects in multiple sectors including Industrial house, High-end apartments, Resorts, Hospitals and Educational establishments.

With his work style of intensity and innovation advocacy, he has gained trust of Clients and Partners, especially those from the North of Vietnam. With his advantage in training ability, he has constantly developed staff expertise and utilized team’s power for outstanding values of projects, in terms of safety, quality, schedule and finance.

As an Operation Director, he has proven his solid expertise and enthusiasm in human resources management and training in the M&E Division of SOL E&C. 

After his graduation from University of Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, he has years of experience in management and direction of complicated MEP system installation in multiple kinds of projects. Cutting-edge and latest technology is always researched and applied in projects he is in charge of to enhance safety and quality in projects as well as optimize Clients’ budget.

After earning a degree in Corporate Finance from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, she has been working for 24 years, including 20 years in our ecosystem. As Chief Financial Officer, she has applied her expertise and experience to direct our corporate financial operation with security, integrity and legal compliance. 

As an inquisitive innovation advocate, she has always transferred her positive energy in mind and actions to the young. Beside other members of BOD, she will contribute to the value and financial quality of projects by SOL E&C. 

Mr. Duong is known as a pioneer architect in all progresses of Vietnam construction industry in general and contractors in particular for more than 30 years. Hundreds of large-scale and exceptional projects regarded as symbols of big cities have been built by him and his fellows with all the commitment, passion and enthusiasm. 

As a visionary decisive leader with keen intelligence and sincerity above all, he has gained the trust and respect from Clients and Partners and the whole- hearted support from his staff.
